Business Development Manager



Y-CASH is looking for exceptionally talented go getters to be part of its growing Sales & Business Development team (read the company profile below for more details). As part of the crucial Sales function, you are expected to play a pivotal role in building the organization ground up by acquiring and sign-up with businesses


Graduate degree with an MBA degree in Marketing/Finance is preferable

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • •   Identify and prospect leads for business closures in designated market area.
  • •   Maintain a professional and courteous manner with all prospective accredited businesses and act as the company’s & product’s brand ambassador.
  • •   Maintain an awareness of current and continual changes in the marketplace and be able to properly screen prospective accredited businesses.
  • •   Maintain established standard of performance and business results
  • •   Achieve monthly and quarterly business results and targets assigned
  • •   Carry out other sales development and business promotional duties assigned form time to time.

Other attributes

  • •   5-8 years of experience with minimum 4 years of experience in Services/Software/ERP/Non-Hardware Product selling
  • •   Male/ Female with good communication, presentation and networking skills
  • •   Smart & Presentable
  • •   Fast learner, Energetic and willing to travel
  • •   Proficient in English and one or more Indian languages
  • •   Should have diversified geography experience
  • •   Willing to work and deliver in start-up ecosystem
